Position: Project Manager
Location: Bangkok/Chon Buri

Regarding the role, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced PM to oversee and coordinate the integration of our SaaS platform, whilst working with our key partner in Thailand. In this role, the PM will work closely with all team members to successfully deliver projects and be our key point of contact in Thailand.
We are looking for a candidate with:
·Experience in managing dynamic projects and system implementations in a fast-paced environment
·Passion for innovation, technology and improving customer experiences
·Confidence to cut through and say “This is what we should do and why”
·Drive to mobilise the project teams to execute plans and deliver projects
·Intuition to know where to focus to have the most impact
The candidate should have:
·Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with the ability to develop and manage relationships at all levels. This role requires the PM build connections, identify blockers, smooth the way, and be key presence in Asia.
·Insurance, FSI or Banking expertise in order that they can speak the language, translate the business requirements into what we are building, “sell” the Sherpa Score to key stakeholders, and identify the value upside opportunities from deployment.
·Proven track record in project management, including the development of detailed project plans, resource management, and delivery of projects on time and within budget and scope.
·Solid technical background to be able to understand the Sherpa tech and how the client tech works, ideally an understanding of AWD cloud technology.
·Operated in the financial services industry such as insurance or banking, and have an appreciation for why a regulated industry makes your job more challenging, and how to successful deliver a project nonetheless
·Fluency in English and Thai languages.
